All the products shown online in our web site: www.floreriasb.com.pe, are based in our catalog of Lima. The images are referential so they can have some vary due to availability. All our prices include taxes. We do charge a delivery fee that depends on the delivery area.

Deliveries to the cites of Arequipa, Trujillo, Chiclayo, Piura, Cusco, Tacna, Lambayeque, Huancayo, Tarapoto, Cajamarca, Pucallpa and Iquitos: For deliveries to these peruvian cities we use the cerices of our Master florists in each city. The flower arrangements, gifts and products are prepared with the flowers, style, bases and products available in each city.

REPLACEMENT POLICY:

Floreria San Borja Flowers shop guarantees the quality of all delivered products. If a product is received in bad conditions or incomplete, customer must contact us within 12 hours after the product is received to our phone numbers or whatsapp. After this time the care of the flowers and gifts is responsibility of recipient.

Floreria San Borja will check the conditions of the received product and proceed with the partial or total replacement of the products within 24 hours after received the notice of customer. The contact must be done by the person that placed the order.

REPLACEMENT OF CAKES:

Floreria San Borja Flowers shop guarantees the quality of all delivered cakes. Customer must contact us within 12 hours of received the cake to our phone numbers or whatsapp Cake must be returned in a 75% minimum for a replacement to proceed. The contact must be done by the person that placed the order. The design of the cake is referential it can vary due to availability.

Anonimus and offensive Messages:

Floreria San Borja reserves the right to not process or cancel orders that contain anonimus messages and also words that might be offensive to the person that receives the gifts.
